When you hit your down point and you get some useful advices from yourself..
  • When you are tired and your face are wrinkled, just look at the mirror, smile at yourself and say "You are so pretty!" sound jones enough but can bring enough happiness somewhat.
  • Don't push yourself too hard because there can be nobody who will hold you when you are falling. Take a nap! And eat bars of chocolate.
