Supermarket

Sometimes you lose track of time when you're looking at everyone else's lives. Just like being in the supermarket.

Sometimes you lose track of time when you're in the supermarket. You're looking at the beauty of how things are organized well. You're looking at cute snacks or instant noodles, fancy looking utensils or various sheet masks. You're going through every corridor and every section but that's it. You're not going to buy anything. You're just admiring them. You even forget what you really need to buy. You even forget who you are going to the supermarket with and separate absently. Sometimes you lose track of time when you're looking at everyone else's lives because they are so perfect and beautiful to see. You're going through every person and every stories but that's it. You're not going to take any lessons for yourself to grow. You're just admiring them, and be jealous sometimes, or regretting your choices before. You even forget who persons you should seek some things from, or even who you are.

At some point you will be lost, got stuck while racks of groceries that feel like suffocating you. Where? Where? Last minute it was on my right, but now it's gone. I forgot the benchmark section. Where is even the cashier? I want to get out, but what about my needs? Wait, what do I really need, anyway?

It is important to write a grocery checklist before you go, or at least a grocery plan that you can sharply remember. It is like a manual to keep you on track, and even if you drift away a bit to see cute snacks, you can easily go back to your needs asap. Checklist can even leads you to remember every turn and every corridor. It can help you get what you need before the supermarket closes. It is important to have your goals set, for short or for long, to keep you on track. This world is a beautiful place, but be careful not to get lost to the point that you lost yourself also. Goals can even help you remember when to fly high and lay low, shortcut to minimize self-harm and other way-outs when you meet recurring problems. Most importantly, it makes you grab stronger to who you are and what you expect yourself to be for your own good, so you don't vacillate around your beliefs of other people's perfectness and you are nobody.

If you have a company, stay close and communicate, because teamwork will get the job done faster. Other person with you can also help to gain more focus because, you don't want to make someone waits for you to stare at body care products for too long, right? Well, that sounds so selfless, but you can think of a company as a reciprocal benefactor: they give, you give too. If you have a company, stay close and communicate. You can communicate firstly. You can communicate. Do it.

Remember, the supermarket closes at a certain time, right? You definitely have enough time to fulfill your needs.

Even so, you should try exploring the supermarket without any specific things to buy sometimes. It's very refreshing to the eye, especially for those who love tidiness and perfect-clean arrangements. Side note: you might somehow end up helping to tidy up the misplaced products and act like an eagle-eyed supervisor, looking for messy gaps.
